- Liaise with Engineering and Demand Planning to prioritize regulatory and reliability projects based on current labor availability across the maintenance network.- Develop and execute accomplishment plan for 20-25 projects at a time leveraging specialized maintenance stations based on strengths and fleet capture.- Maximize labor productivity by ensuring stations are set up for success with materials, tooling, work instructions, target aircraft, and scheduled ground time to minimize maintenance deferrals.

- Responsible for entry into service and continued performance of the PW1500G powerplants for the A220 fleet, solving unique industry challenges to meet target reliability goals - Monitored engine trends and data from both Delta and industry fleets to mitigate delays, cancellations, and significant events - Developed relationships across the industry to ensure continued success of the fleet, including presenting at the PW1500G Global Conference and working with other operators such as SWISS to formulate solutions which improved delay rate 60% - Negotiated with suppliers to secure Delta’s interests while balancing the needs of the industry to meet implementation goals - Communicated with Delta senior leadership on a regular basis to recalibrate strategic goals to better serve Delta’s Flight Plan

- Investigate aircraft diversions, rejected takeoffs, and smoke events caused by mechanical faults.- Implement changes to maintenance programs, inspections, and flight operations procedures to mitigate risk of failures.- Analyze and target leading causes of delays & cancellations in the Boeing 737NG and Boeing 757 fleet to minimize losses.

- Provide 24/7 tactical engineering support for Delta's 800+ aircraft.- Rapid response to AOG situations, designing repair schemes for structural and component issues to minimize operational delays and cancellations.- Engineering support for a wide variety of aircraft including the Boeing 717, 737NG, 747, 757, 767, 777, Airbus A320, A330, A350, MD-88, and MD-90.

- Worked in a research team led by Dr. Lieuwen to overhaul a GE combustion chamber for further experimentation.- Assisted in coordination of part maintenance and installation to remain on schedule for a Fall 2014 completion.- Worked together to perform full disassembly and reassembly of chamber to install requested data measuring devices.- Worked with heavy machinery for mechanical assembly, including basic welding exposure.
