Duties & Responsibilities: - Assigned handling soft and hard services of residential and commercials properties under annual maintenance contract (AMC) including our company owner's properties. - Coordinates maintenance activities to service providers such as (MEP, HVAC, FA-FF-CBS, and other systems) based on planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and ensures prompt & timely execution of required works as per the standards. - Steering implementation and compliance of health and safety regulations at all sites to maintain safe workspace. - Receiving, managing, and processing of work order requests & maintains records throughout the process. Experienced at procurement and accounts documents processing such as in LPOs & invoices. - Taking strategic decisions to upkeep the engineering operations for expense control, space optimization & cost improvement process.- Spearheading maintenance works and strictly implements the activities based on the method of statement provided.

Buildings Assigned: Kirov, Sakura, Lincoln, and Lorraine Tower, Proscenium at Rockwell, Makati City.Duties & Responsibilities: - Handled luxurious start-up buildings and delivered high-class quality customer service as the property management of these properties. - Facilitated daily monitoring of mechanical and electrical equipment to sustain basic life support of the buildings. - Attended daily unit concerns/complaints of VIP owners & tenants, managed scheduling of technicians and contractors for repair & rectification works.- Ensured all maintenance programs for the equipment and facilities of the properties are executed as per schedule to minimize equipment downtime. - Managed close outs of concerns under defects and liabilities period (DLP) & coordinated with the projects team for scheduling of repairs and rectification. - In-charge of soft and hard services especially during graveyard shifts.

Building Assigned: Lincoln Tower, Proscenium at Rockwell, Makati City. Duties & Responsibilities: - Building in-charge of a 499 unit tower. Attended daily unit concerns of VIP tenants and owners. - Supervised engineering activities and ensured works are in accordance with the specifications. - Executed proper emergency response based on company's emergency procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities: - Shadowing of facilities engineer on duty, ensures concerns are being addressed with prompt response.- Familiarization of Mechanical and Electrical equipment that operates in the building.- Forming creative solutions for the current problems encountered during the internship.
