Our mission is to unite doctors around the world and inform, educate and inspire them to provide care and sustain hope.The Executive Director is in charge of leading SWME's mission of expanding access to continuing medical education worldwide and improving health care in developing countries.Job responsibilities included:• Implementation of strategic plan while ensuring that budget, staff and priorities were aligned with SWME’score mission.• Responsible for achieving fundraising goals and engaging stakeholders for ongoing international projects.• Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with international medical associations,pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, universities and hospitals.• Overseeing logistics, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of international live conferences, onlineprograms, and other educational products and services.• Build partnerships in new markets, establishing relationships with sponsors/founders, associations, andgovernment agencies.• Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing, branding and business development strategies.• Be an external presence that publishes and communicates program results with an emphasis on thesuccesses of the programs as a model for replication.• Development of SWME's Educational Grant Program for International Health Care Professionals in line withregulations and Industry Codes of Conduct (i.e. Ethical Medtech, EFPIA)
