Scott Griggs has more than 20 years of global experience in the TIC industry and has worked in many end-markets, including industrial, electrical, retail, automotive, life sciences, agriculture/food among others. In addition, Scott has extensive experience managing and directing engagements that include corporate and business unit strategy, channel management, consumer segmentation, corporate turnaround, and merger and acquisition transaction support, with 35 value added acquisitions completed so far.Scott is an influential, approachable, resilient, and hands-on executive with having facilitated organic and inorganic company growth and strategy by driving operational excellence with a focus on determining best practices and building high performance teams.Scott’s career spans key roles with several of the world’s largest TIC companies. Most recently with ALS, during the pandemic, he served as Director of Food Safety Testing business. Prior to ALS, Scott was with SGS where he served in a variety of senior positions, including leading the North America Mergers and Acquisitions.
