It all comes down to helping our clients embrace this concept: you will communicate with greater impact if you focus less on yourself, and more on others. I hire, train, and manage our team of Facilitators. I oversee Exec|Comm’s instructor certification process to ensure we bring you exceptional teaching quality.

I joined Exec|Comm in its infancy and helped build it from a mom & pop firm to the global consultancy it is today. I developed win-win relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. I designed customized programs to help my clients connect their messages to their audience. My clients saw results; to this day, they continue to partner with us.

I joined D&B straight out of business school. D&B hired a group of MBA grads as “agents of change” and featured us in their annual report. I created a unique tiered pricing program to help the sales team attract an entirely new set of clients.

I worked as a tech analyst, supporting the sales and marketing teams. I was chosen to go on an international assignment for 3 months to learn a new leasing-related technology; I supported the entire Canadian sales team with this technology.
