I am an EHS professional with more than 14 years of experience in different types of construction fields, like high-rise buildings, bridges, live plants and hydropower construction. I have completed several construction projects without LTI. I worked in Saudi Arabia for over ten years as an EHS coordinator, completing over ten successful projects with different roles and responsibilities. My responsibilities in those projects include creating project EHS plans and procedures, including risk assessments, safe working methods, and training slides, for my employer's various projects. I have completed more than ten projects worth USD 20 billion where 30 thousand workers performed different types of work activities for employers. Apart from this, I was a part of the multidisciplinary team that completed the construction of Nepal's largest hydropower project, the Upper Tamakoshi Project
