I am passionate about doing this and not just delivering ‘great’ training.I am now putting these energies with PwC (HR Excellence Awards 2018 double winner ‘Excellence in Learning and Development + Leadership Development’ categories and Malaysia’s Top Graduate Employer 2013, 2012). At PwC, I head the PwC’s Academy team of 20+, helping our client’s upskill in the rapidly changing business landscape and also driving the learning for our internal PwC people.In my time at PwC, I was seconded in 2011 to the Global Onboarding team – designing and implementing a global onboarding framework and experience across the PwC network for 160,000 people in 159 countries. In 2015, I was seconded as an HR Business Partner supporting the Advisory Deals practice, partnering on people strategy and engagement across the talent cycle.I have an MSc in Organisational & Occupational Psychology and most recently completed the altMBA, receiving the ‘Winograd’ Award for outstanding contribution. In 2011, I was selected as a “30 under 30” Learning Leader at Elliott Masie’s Learning 2011.
