Owned, through a full product life-cycle, a machine learning driven risk triage and recommendation engine for post-acute care that outperformed experts in care outcomes per dollar. Led a team (spanning the Americas and Europe) of Health Economists, Data Scientists, Designers, Developers, Testers, Clinical Experts and PMs from ideation, delivery launch and maintenance. Engaged in continuous review of anticipated legislative changes in multiple jurisdictions that impact providers, payors and patients to help customers prepare avoid deadlines and financial penalties. Defined user flow architecture for a cognitive computing platform to actionize Healthcare Big data through democratizing machine-learning and AI based approaches to data-insights and modeling.

Developed a self-service screening platform that helps correlate behavioral and clinical data with physical ailments to fuel preventative care. Lead assessment re-design by systematically tracking engagement metrics to improve the patient experience resulting in an industry leading completion rate > 96%. Designed an efficient Annual Wellness Visit solution that reduced staff time from 2hrs to 30mins while meeting all clinical and legislative requirement set by CMS, achieving a billing acceptance rate of ~98%.
