Amazon Data Services (ADS) offers high-quality human-annotated data and service in multiple languages, aiming at being an on-demand data labeling platform for all machine-learning technology teams within Amazon.My current role is to create training for 6000+ data associates working on data labeling to make AI smarter:• Collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and leadership to analyze training scope and identify the most effective training formats• Design self-paced, ILT, hybrid training modules, along with short clips and visual assets to achieve team training goals• Developing innovative solutions to help new data associates learn their daily work and how impactful their job is to the ADS organization• Working closely with localization team to translate and localize training materials in 10 languages
