The goal of this position is to automate and localize the Asian importing based market in an English based location.Position responsibility includes and not limited to:- Implement and integrate the supermarket point of sale system from the old school Chinese system to an advanced POS system that are English based.- Hire and train local employee, including and not limited to set up company labor account such as UIF, and compliance to SA labor department.- Set up a warehouse management system, and train relevant employee to carry out day to day warehouse work, including stock take, receiving, and distribute.- Translate product names for display purposes.- Create an informative website and online store that are fully English.- Run marketing campaigns on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, in store promotion, and external exhibition.

Machine commissioning projects.China manufactures and sells automation machinery to the global market; however, engineers and technicians do not have the gift of mulita-language skills.
