Besides that my responsibilities are the following: 1. Chase payments of (overdue) invoices by following the company regulations and policies. 2. Bank postings andinvoicing on daily basis and dunning letters on weekly basis. 3. Request payment(s) to customers by telephone, mail, online meeting or dunning letters. 4. Solving disputes on daily and/or weekly basis within the guidelines of the company to avoid any overdue balance. 5. Review customer finances, operations and trading cycles to understand the fundamental health of the business and inherent credit risk. 6. Implement the company's credit and collection strategies. 7. Monitoring of credit limit, credit check and determination of new credit limits, handling with the credit insurance company. 8. Contact person for customers and sales on invoice and credit related inquires.9. Drive sustained credit management process improvement through the organisation by changing behaviours related to blocked orders & customer risk.10.
