• Manage and lead the new sales and marketing activities in the region together with the global sales team and according to head office strategy• Facilitate and coordinate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing the clients and partners, provide a structured approach• Develop market schemes, goals, and accurate sales forecasting for each product• Extensive international travel to visit the clients and host the fair shows• Be accountable for achieving assigned order intake, targeted margin, and related objectives for International Business Department• Command and supervise sales representatives, responsible for the development of regional team members, and for building up a strong regional sales and marketing team

• Formulate and lead half-yearly and annual strategic planning (strategic, financial, people), which includes partnering with cross-functional teams to determine corresponding goals and provide competitive research and insights• Optimize Org & Process with the HR team to drive continuous improvement in org design to support the company continued growth• Spearhead responsibilities in sales & marketing, purchase, inventory planning, and arranging logistics services and other operation needs • Own various tradeshows responsibilities including layout design, budgeting, and purchase from quality suppliers

• Develop prospective clients and deliver new clients in the new market• Manage multiple campaigns in multiple regions concurrently and solve critically difficult challenges that face the clients• The primary point of contact for major clients and are accountable for delivering at above quota sales performance in the assigned region• Develop trusted relationships at a high executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership
