Harshit is a Manager in the Business Transformation Services (BTS) Group at Alvarez & Marsal, where he is working on commercial due diligences, performance improvement, and strategy projects with leading private equity firms, banks, and industrial conglomerates. Prior to starting his career with A&M, he completed his graduation in Materials Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. For his exemplary work in student affairs spanning various verticals including leadership, sports, cultural, technology, and academics, he was awarded the Gymkhana All-Rounder Award by IIT Kanpur.He is always looking to hear about ideas that can create sustainable value.
