Responsible for Routing and Pricing Management based on traffic streams, NOC escalations or sales advices.Analysis in routing and pricing, based on several aspects in order to have an optimum and updated product for several destinations, helping the company in having higher revenue and profits.Identification of issues that exist as a result of improper pricing. Making adjusements in order to isolate the pricing issues.Responsible for keeping code offers up to date on system by identifying code changes from key suppliers for the world markets and preparing for code change updates. in addition to code change requests on a needed basis.Identifying market changes along with the rates team, and updating all customers with these changes in order to maintain a proper pricing.

Second Level escalation support for all technical issues regarding IP interconnections among international customers and carriers in the VoIP business.Responsible of interconnections at IP network levels.Deep analysis of the SIP protocol, in order to provide support in technical issues that could lead into disputes..Contract analysis for interconnection process, identifying terms and conditions regarding SLAs between the company and clients

Responsible of supervising processes and maintaining a level of efficiency on a management level.Supervising the NOC team at the company, guaranteeing effectiveness and efficiency, maintaining certain level of operation quality given to sales and customersEvaluating KPIs in order to improve efficiency, evaluating and improving processes among the NOC.
