Unified the global operations by analyzing current states, then designing, implementing, and enforcing improved organizational processes and systems for smooth, efficient, and effective execution of new organizational goals• Built a collaborative, engaging, one-team culture by understanding each country’s needs and organizing executive-level reviews, employee engagement events, and communications, including all hands, OKR performance management, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), org announcements, skip levels, and informal chats • Managed a combined USD$100M AOP and capital investment budget and closed the year on budget by creating an accurate and timely global view of our balance sheet and through meticulous communication and follow up with multiple product teams, managers, suppliers, and Finance teams around the world • Met US and Europe business affordability targets with a 50% reduction in software development cost by establishing a brand-new software development center in India, consolidating vendors into strategic partners, implementing resource planning systems globally, instituting standard processes and timelines for financial cost tracking, time reporting, and on-time contracts management and payments
