Key Responsibilities:• Conducting SAP Business One Module trainings • (Modules: Administration & HR, Financials, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Purchasing-A/P, Sales-A/R, Production & MRP, CRM Service, Business Partners, & Banking module)• Analyzing Clients current procedures in the As-Is process and then reengineering it in the To Be process.• Conducting/Facilitating Business Requirements Studies (BRS) discussions & workshop as well as preparation of Business Blueprints & presentation of the results of the said walkthrough of clients’ processes for SAP Business One• Performing SAP set-up maintenance: • Configuration of initial database set-up• Restructuring the Chart of Accounts• Assignment of Accounts in the G/L account Determination function as default for accounting entries to automatically be added upon transaction processing • Setting up of the Business Partner grouping as well as uploading of Business Partner records (Customer & Vendor listings)• Setting up Item grouping & uploading of the Item Master data• Setting up the Banks & House banks, & setting up the Tax groupings.• Provide support throughout the project: during the parallel testing/simulation of the clients’ process as well as during the Go live operations.• Creation or lay-out formatting of reports/forms using crystal reports & print layout designer• Querying, performing backups, scripting & configuring data maintained in SAP Business One by using Microsoft SQL as a tool in preparing forms & reports required by the client.

Main Responsibilities:• Obtaining General knowledge about the Current Business Process, • Designing Current Business Flows, • Studying Current Business Processes and Its Complication, in all getting through with Current Business Setup. • Flow diagrams and DFD preparation, most of the time in Vision format, all this forms the part of AS-IS Analysis document.• Documentation of configuration as per their categories in the form of predefined templates, getting approved by the team lead.• Conducting Mapping and GAP analysis for each module and integrating them simultaneously.• Preparing DFD/ERD documentation (To-Be Analysis) before starting configuring future business processes in SAP, which can be also said as the result of mapping and gap analysis.• Preparing test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.• Providing End user manual and user training to the staff.
