Current- Strategized and executed 6 projects implementing aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), managing operational risk for 5 different clients in different industries across Mexico.-Own and drive budget management activities, tracking financial expenses and ROI creating executive reports facilitating decision-making across company’s projects.-Define project scope, deliverables, milestones ensuring commitments are met including AFAC/ICAO aviation standards.-Implement processes focused on improving efficiency, task automation and continuous improvement.-Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape translating insights into actionable plans.- Establish and develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning project deadlines, project alignment and transparency.-Supervise and manage cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance) identifying profit-boosting and cost-saving opportunities.Achievements:-Jump-started a helicopter transport project in under a year through efficient resource allocation, resulting in a new revenue stream of US$1.2M annually.-Successfully led contract negotiations, closing 3 new clients through an in-depth understanding of industry regulations, providing recurring revenue for the company.- Developed a tax compliant strategy for a helicopter import resulting in MX$1.3M in savings.
