Dispatching of drivers across the country to deliver petroleum and chemical products.Produces and analyzes reports as needed.Help to lead Drivers to ensure satisfactory levels or service, communication, documentation, and accurate delivery of loads. Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager on driver recruiting, driver orientation, driver retention and satisfaction.Performs all other duties or projects as assigned by TM.
