My teams are committed to delivering the Ai Pin software with exceptional quality. We achieve this through rigorous testing, including device-in-the-loop automation. The device automation teams develop and maintain critical test infrastructure and create automated tests to validate both system software and user experiences. Additionally, the Build and Release team boosts developer productivity by providing stable infrastructure and optimizing workflows, ensuring a seamless and efficient development process.

My organization provides automated tests and tools to empower Roku internal stakeholders and TV partners to scale high quality Roku releases on TV platforms globally. My Cloud Tools, Automation Development and Deployment teams are located throughout the US, UK, China, and India.

The Device Automation and Operations team develops hardware and software to provide Netflix and our device partner stakeholders with device access, automation, and verification capabilities to enable them to deliver higher quality Netflix experiences at scale. This group consists of three teams: Partner Infrastructure, Partner Reliability, and Audio Video Tests and Tools.

The Device Quality and Developer Experience team is focused on helping engineers around the world design and deploy Netflix capabilities quickly, with the highest levels of quality. We do this by deploying and operating tools, tests, and technologies that allow engineers to rapidly bring the Netflix experience to new platforms and architectures like smart TVs, set-top boxes, and streaming sticks in a way that brings joy to our viewers. The results of our work can be seen on hundreds of millions of devices worldwide… and that number is growing every day.

Netflix's Certification Team directly impacts the quality of products that millions of people use every day. My team of software engineers in test, play a key part in our application's success on these devices. The Certification test suite is used by Netflix’s consumer electronics partners such as Samsung, Sony, Google, and Roku, to ensure a high quality Netflix experience for our subscribers. My team of software developers define, implement, and support the certification test suite and automate the tests in Netflix’s proprietary cloud-based automation framework. We are always innovating by automating tools, processes and tests to improve the certification experience for our partners. We also influence internal engineering teams for increased instrumentation and additional test automation hooks in Netflix software.

Lead a cross functional, geographically distributed team (locations in Singapore, London, and California) responsible for the successful implementation and launch of all mobile services for mBlox’ clients.

Built a worldwide professional services organization for delivery of complex VoIP software solutions resulting in $1M of direct billing and $35M of additional sales. Grew the business and turned the PS organization into a profitable entity, netting over $1M per year.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Engineering Services group. This group consisted of Tech Support, Systems Integrations Engineering, Information Technology, Field Engineering and Project Management.

Led a team of software developers to deliver tailored solutions to the customer. This involved interfacing with the customer and program management to extract specific requirements, scheduling appropriate resources, conducting code reviews, and ensuring proper testing occurs before release.

Led a team of software engineers to the successful completion of the first fully commercial venture at TCI, a Spectrum Management System for the Republic of Colombia and Zimbabwe ($26 Million and $10 Million contracts). These systems consisted of a large distributed client server RDBMS with a centralized database and distributed clients throughout the country.
