At Jibe, I led a team of engineers (software and QA) working on critical revenue generating products. During that time, I worked closely with leadership team and product owners to create and implement product plans, and I introduced and implemented better procedures for both the development team and our customer success teams. As an engineering manager, I worked with and groomed junior engineers, and lead code and architectural discussions, all while continuing to push out features and bug fixes.

Implemented frontend design for multiple Chinese language websites using SASS and CSS. Created frontend components using JavaScript. Developed the web application using the Ruby on Rails framework. Designed and created backend API services using the Sinatra framework. Researched, planned and developed several Chinese language products using the LEAN Startup methodology. Conducted UX research. Managed the design and creation of language content.
