Achieved 90% of DOT rate to central warehouse. - Responsible for different level of DG inbound/outbound shipments from Taiwan, including Lithium battery and Chemical product, bridging between external broker / forwarders and internal region / HQ function. - Supervising customs regulation to all shipments for all functions.

- Managing 100+ both ambient and frozen ingredient as well as finished product, and are all stored at safety stock level to avoid over stock and out of stock risk in on-site storage and 3PL warehouses.. - Inventory control on 50+ frozen finished products within limited cool rooms storage and maintaining popular products are aligned with the sales demand. - Planning all the packaging material arrived on time, including product boxes and packaging cartons.- Logistics arrangement with 5+ global and domestic transportation companies for 50+ sales order per month, including all import and export orders.- Importing 30+ ambient and frozen products from Taiwan HQ, dealing all import process and liaising between HQ, 3PL forwarder and warehousing.
