I am a legal counsel at the Global Legal Center (GLC) of the Giant Group. With our global coverage and extensive supply chain, I have the privilege of handling various areas of international legal affairs, ranging from dispute resolution and contract review to investment and legal compliance (GDPR, EU competition laws).I hold an LL.M degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specializing in IT, Media, and Communication Law. My focus areas include GDPR and EU competition laws, which form the foundation of my current work. As part of my academic pursuit, I earned the CIPP/E certification, validating my in-depth knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations in Europe.I am fluent in English, Mandarin, and German, which enables me to communicate and provide valuable insights in multicultural settings. My goal is to apply my legal expertise and intercultural competence to pursue a career in the global legal market.
