Currently a tenured associate professor in the Department of Industrial Education at National Taiwan Normal University. Taught at the Department of Psychology and Special Education at the Texas A&M University-Commerce between 2016 and 2021. My research interest centers on the academic achievement of community college students in STEM fields, and peers' longitudinal influence on academic achievement and developmental well-being. I am specialized in quantitative methods in behavioral and social science, with extensive experiences with survey and panel data.
