-Procurement, Design, Installation & Commissioning of Sacrificial Cathodic Protection system for Underground LPG Storage Tank.-Procurement from local & International markets, soil resistivity test, structural detail, drawing, anode & current requirements, CAD welding, joints Isolation,test post structure to soil potential measurement.-Insulation of underground piping and corrosion protection by Anti-Corrosion Pipe Wrapping Tapes.-Reviewing engineering drawings and prepare Inspection Plan. -Coordinate with the Client’s representative on all inspection matters.-Visual examination of welded joints of Process piping.-Dye-Penetrant testing of welded joints as per ASME Section V.-Hydro & Pnuematic testing of process piping as per B31.3.-Leak testing of CNG Tube Skids and decanting units.-Pre-service 3rd party inspection of LPG underground, aboveground storage tanks and transportable bowzers. -Review MTC, welding procedure, drawings, fit-up, welding inspection, review RT films,TOFD, witness pneumatic and Hydrostatic Test, dimensional check, coating thickness check. -Safety/Annual inspection of CNG stations/LPG Plants. -In-service Inspection of pressure vessels,bowzers and LPG bottling Plants as Third party of Dept of ExplosivesMinistry of Industries, Govt of Pakistan.-Monitoring alteration& repair of Pressure Vessels.-Thickness measurements, Corrosion Rate, Remaining life and inspection Intervals calculations under direct supervision of API 510 Inspector.-Ultrasonic thickness monitoring of in service Vessels, chillers, compressors, cylinders & Pipelines.-Recording inspection findings and generating reports.-Updating daily and weekly activity report to manager operations. -Testing & Calibration of Pressure,Temperature Gauges & PRVs. -Documentation for ISO 9001:2008 audit.-Working to induct advance NDT and upgradation of lab equipment.-Familiar with ASME Section V,VIII,IX, API 510, NFPA-58, MIG Rules.
