For nearly 5 years, I have been working at MIP Holdings as project and developer manager. I currently manage the core-strategic team for MIP. My team and I have achieved consistent and remarkable results in execution and completion of IT solution projects. I also manage client relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction. At MIP I daily administer a number of ad-hoc projects, productive resource allocation and coordinating activities within the company. As I completed a certificate in Applied Project Management in an IT-environment, I am able to apply academic knowledge to the field more productively.I am a senior member of MANCO and SCRUM master of SCRUMS.Before Joining MIP, I was working as a General Manager for Ocean Basket. I worked my way up from a waiter at Eldoraigne and then assisted the same owner in starting up their second and third branch in which I was fully involved. My staff was my family.
