Responsibilities:• Manage information technology and computer systems • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operation for all project sites• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness• Preserve assets, information security and control structures• Design, develop, implement and coordinate system, policies and procedures• Ensure security of data, network access and backup• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational• Follow up TBM system 24/7 to ensure efficient connectivity in all project sites and resolve any critical failure.• Monitor and follow up all IT support services activities provided to project client office and subcontractors to ensure that it meet service agreements contractually

Responsibilities:• Oversees the implementation and administration of computer and telecommunication networks• Manage telecommunications system and monitoring network system to ensure high performance in all time. • Ensures the integrity of information stored and transmitted on networks and Maintain acceptable performance of the system and network infrastructure at all times• Provide technical support to other sites project for any network related problems, network systems failure and new network setup and hardware installations • Coordinate and manage bandwidth gateways and telecommunication network for Head office and other sites with the ISP providers.• Monitoring and follow up technical support, IT services and help other staff to ensure the efficiency and Performance of work flow.

Responsibilities:• Manage IT department to achieve the required performance over all Network systems and resources • Maintain acceptable performance of the system and network infrastructure at all times, minimizing the effects of upgrades and maintenance procedures on the total system uptime• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services• Management of servers software and associated backup routines• Managing the internal & hosted network infrastructure including: firewalls, servers, switches and IP telephony• Manage and provide IT services to client office, consultant and subcontractors • Managing desktop applications, network resources, ACL security, applications databases and telecommunications system.• Support and maintain Document control system to be up and running all the time on all sites• Coordinates with the communications service providers to implement, maintain and technical support for any means of communications• Manage service performance of the network-related devices: such as network printers plotters and scanners and ensures that the services conform to the service level agreement

Responsibilities:• Manage the IT department to achieve the required performance on the assigned sites• Maintain acceptable performance of the system and network infrastructure at all times, minimizing the effects of upgrades and maintenance procedures on the total system uptime• Implements solutions, analyze and solve problems in all aspects of the network infrastructure in order to maintain acceptable performance at all time on all sites• Configure and customize software in accordance with site requirements• Provide support to other technical staff in performing account management, disk space management, backup, security administration, testing of system features and other system administration activities• Plan and implement hardware and software upgrades to existing servers on all sites• Monitor performance and diagnose problems in all aspects of the network infrastructure (switches, routers, hups, modems, firewalls, specialized servers) so that acceptable performance is maintained at all time• Support and troubleshoot server –related problems, optimizing performance, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports• Managing Backup and Disaster Recovery plan for all servers to minimize downtime • Managing Different types of application servers operating environment (windows based 2000/2003, red hat Linux)• Administer the current mail system (lotus notes 6.5) and manage the mail accounts on the main site• Follow-up the maintenance service performance of the network-related devices: such as network printers, plotters and scanners and ensures that the services conform to the service level agreement

Responsibilities:• Plan and implement procedures for software and hardware upgrades, Coordinate maintenance and installation of hardware and software• Design, Implement and Install system and Network Devices and configuration LAN on the main office• Install, configure the main server with Windows 2000 Domain Controller and set the Active Directory users accounts with the assignment access policy• Create, implement and host the Mail Domain Account for the company and set the users mail account for each department• Implement and support of working environment for the company departments for both software and hardware to help people with disabilities to use computers• Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting the network and the mail system• Managing Backup and Recovery plan for the server and all users data and keep the system up to date
