ICA Events Company has acquired the Istanbul Office business/branch of Hyve Group. As a result, all Istanbul Office employees have been transferred to the new company. My role has also changed from IT Service Desk Manager to IT Infrastructure and Network Lead Globally. ICA Events Company operates in five different branches around the world and provides remote support to these branches. In addition, I am responsible for conducting IT audits through business trips to each site and managing all IT processes and projects in the new IT implementations.The branch offices are currently using Azure AD and cloud domain-joined systems for end-users. For some locations, we are using the Hybrid domain management process. It’s a global role company-wide and my responsibility is to cover the other location end-user & system problems, issues or requests with 8 team members around the world. We are following a standard SLA procedure for the user. Also, we were focused on the Cyber Security Awareness of the end-user as well.- Managing and developing the ServiceNow ticket system Follow the ITIL Foundation methods- Providing internal training for the IT Service Desk Team- Responsible for providing knowledgebase articles for end-user- Managing the IT Service Desk Budget- Managing IT assets and updating, managing the inventory- Managing the iboss (Web Filtering), and Mimecast (Mail Filtering) systems- Azure AD – Identity Protection MFA, SSO, Conditional Access- Responsible for the team members' KPI- Office 365 – Exchange Online DLP, Endpoint Management, Cloud Apps,- Responsible with On-premise & Azure AD within Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, ADFS, Azure AD Connect and other features management.

Directly responsible for the operations of all security tools applied to endpoints, servers, networks (wired and wireless), applications, and cloud services and managing the IT Security Team, leading the security projects.- Managing Checkpoint Firewall & VPN systems,- Responsible for the IT Security Policies and documentation,- Review & monitor the network/applications to prevent cyber attacks,- The security team management and reports directly to the head of IT,- Quarterly completing the penetration test process and fixing the vulnerabilities.,- Managing the mail (Mimecast) & web filtering system (iBoss),- Providing training videos & documentation related to the security systems,- Creating KBs documents for the IT team and end-user,- Azure AD – Identity Protection MFA, SSO, Conditional Access Responsible for the team members' KPI- Office 365 – Exchange Online DLP, Endpoint Management, Cloud Apps, Monitor & manage the MFA (Multifactor Authentication),- Control and Manage the IT Security Budget.
