Duties & Responsibilities - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails and route calls to appropriate resources - Process reservations by mail, telephone, CRS, GDS and from the sales office, Travel Agents and other hotel departments - Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout - Know the selling status, rates and benefits of all packages plan - Know the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation - Determine the room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel - Prepare the confirmation letters - Communicate reservation information to Front Desk - Process cancellations and modifications of the reservations - Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows - Process advance deposits on reservations - Prepare expected arrival list for front office use - Monitor advance deposit requirements - Handle daily correspondence and respond to inquiries and make reservations as needed - Make sure the files are kept up to date - Getting information about area of interest in order to target more customers in particular seasons - Open and close the availability as and when required of hotel in all the GDS channels, OTAs and on the hotel website - Configuring rates on the hotels PMS - Prepare daily reports of room availabilities, room revenue and occupancy for management team and sales team - Communicate with customers in the Extranet and assist the requests accordingly - Follow up the information of tomorrow arrivals when needed

Duties & Responsibilities- Handles daily correspondences. Responds to inquiry and reservation when needed. - Handling air ticket reservations over GDS system & CRS, rooms booking & reservation through mail to Hotels reservation teams or handling on CRS - Consulting with clients for their upcoming trips and arranging travel plans - Suggest the itineraries based on the clients' budget limits - Collect & research data of new destinations - Developing relationships between companies and hotels - Requesting Contract Agreement between companies - Handling the customers' complaints case by case - Developing business with partnership companies such as Trip Advisor, Booking.com & etc.
