Responsible for instructing Project Cycle Management Course for EU's Yangon Urban Planning Project.

Main Duties • Assisting CEO in program development, such as helping in writing proposals, dealing and networking with donors, contribute management and program decision on over all organizational development • Overall coordination of the projects in the region • Day-to-day management of the project • Monitoring the advancement of the activities according to the project work plan and logical framework • Building up and to fulfill the capacity gab of the staffs and the relevant stakeholders in order to accomplish project aims • Participation in project meetings and other meetings and conferences as appropriate• Collaborating closely with other staff and the partners to facilitate networking, enhance synergies and support cross cutting initiatives whenever relevant• Delivering satisfactory project and programme reports to Program Unit and to lead agency or donor• Liaising with relevant government institutions, other local authorities and stakeholders of the actions and other line departments • Collecting and analyzing information and data on the progress of the action• Developing methodology and guidelines for the researches • Analyzing the research findings and reporting • Capacity Building of the project staffs at each layer
