Mr Htay Lin obtained numerous degrees in different fields such as B.C.Sc, M.C.Sc (Ph.D-Q), D.IT (UK), Dip in Business Management, Dip in Human Resources Management. And, he pursued Certificate in Law Enforcement from International Department of Law Organization, Law Organization of United Nations and Certificate in Copyright (DL 101, WIPO (Switzerland)) from World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Switzerland. He is now studying for the Diploma in Copyright Law in Department of Law of Yangon University. Then, he is a research fellow of PhD Degree and making research on Cyber Security in University of Computer Studies (Yangon). Mr. Lin is participating as an active member in Myanmar Intellectual property Proprietors’ Society. Since 2004, he initiated so many activities in ICT society. He had served in various appointments - as officer in charge of Data Center in Union Election Commission, as ICT instructor in Government Employee Training Centres, as a motivational trainer and Public HR in Government Ministries, as E-Government and IT technical adviser in government departments, as Digital Economy and E-commerce Specialist, Computer Scientist, System Architect and CTO in public Telecom services and businesses. He is now leading UNI NET Co., LTD as a founder and CTO. He is serving as Industry Panel in designing syllabus to meet the courses of the Universities and the practical working environment. Moreover, he is taking responsibilities as Executive Committee Member and Chairperson (Planning Committee) in Myanmar Computer Professional Association (MCPA-Yangon). He has established Myanmar Art Network Copyright Data Center and leading it as an officer in charge to protect and restore the masterpieces of Myanmar Classical Artists and maintains modern masterpieces of young artists. Unconditionally, he is involving as a speaker in Motivation for learning seminars in Computer Universities to encourage their studies and highlight the students how to link the studies in University and the working environment. He is now trying to establish Full Stack Developer Society in Software System Development that mainly leads Business Logic, Concept, Algorithm, Computer Science Background Theory, Operational Infrastructure, Utilization, Commercialization with paying much attention to Framework, Language, Platform, Operation System. Then, he is a Technopreneur who shares his knowledge with the youth who love ICT and authentic technology and writing technical literecture.
