Performing assigned maintenance/repairs in M&E works which include Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection System, Plumbing & Sanitary system and General Hotel Services Operate and manage the BMS to monitor all M&E services Manage and supervise contractors in alternations, construction, renovations and repairs of hotel facility systems Attend to guest’s requests and complains like Electrical, Lighting, Water system, TV system, Air-con and other room facilities. Conduct routine checks and update for any defects/ damages for reporting Daily routine follow up on maintenance job and daily check on equipments Do the daily ,morning ,monthly, quarterly and yearly checklist

Maintaining, repairing and inspection of lighting and HVAC systems.Monitor M&E contractors at renovation, installation and repairing works.Servicing and inspection of sanitary and plumbing works.Carried out the daily, weekly and monthly routines according to schedule.Involve group inspection and find out defects at renovation.Preventive maintenance of Electrical Distributions boards.Annual shut down maintenance of HV/LV switch rooms.Operation of Building Automation System (BAS).Attend Fire alarm, water leakage alarm and any kinds of M&E related complaints.Daily hand-over the duties from night technician and report to DM.Discuss the M&E problems with team members and solve together.Prepare duty roster, monthly meter reading and material requisition.Check and Inspection of daily work order which done by technicians.Maintain and update the stock inventory.Reason for leaving Willing to work in more field to expand my career prospect.
