- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and partnerships.- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers.- Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.- Perform to get the quotation timely for tender bidding process and to fulfill market demand.- Ensure the quality of products with Third parties before delivery.- Collaborate with Engineers, Finance, Logistics and Marketing depts. for necessary rules and regulations for contract preparation.- Make contract negotiation or purchase order by verifying specification and prices.- Submit the invoice to Finance to arrange payment.- Carries out all necessary procurement activities like building supplier data base, weekly procurement plan and report.

- Assist Assistant Manager to cooperate and prepare weekly Procurement Plan and Report- Perform according to the Guidelines by Manager and Assistant Manager- Liaise with Marketing to get tender feedback and advise of SR Report Progress- Prepare and submit weekly reports and related documents as instructed timely- Meet & discuss with Suppliers for quotation- Support tender / bidding process- Send invitation emails to start a relationship with supplier or vendors- Work closely with the supplier liaison to leverage best practices and resolve supplier issues- To prepare and set up suppliers’ database and filling documents- Source alternative suppliers- Follow up related tasks with all business units- Liaise with Engineering, Finance and Logistic Department for necessary rules & regulations for contract preparation - Prepare Advance Requisition to Finance for supplier payment.- To assist other related duties assigned by DGM

- Collect the information to get the inquiry / projects from Government & Private sectors.- Liaise with oversea new & old suppliers and sub contractors regards with the concerned project.- Negotiate the Technical & Commercial terms with suppliers & customers, calculate the price and submit the quotation.- Check the PO / Contract from the customer - Arrange shipment by air / sea to import to Myanmar.- Advertise and make brand marketing in market and meet with new client to introduce the new products.- Go client visit and site visit to introduce the products and make the presentation.- Build good relationship and trust building with the suppliers & customers.- Try to fulfill the customer's requirement, Intend ''0'' complain from customer, can negotiate and solve the problems well.- Schedule appointments and meetings weekly to extend the business.
