Following the incorporation of study feedback, my team relaunched the Portal to a 52% increase in daily users. 4️⃣ Coached my peer at IO who was struggling with prioritizing project deliverables and team engagement. As a result, they delivered a re-vamped work plan that resolved previous challenges and improved morale for them and their team.

1️⃣ Managed the team responsible for developing and implementing an Innovation Program which included event direction, budget management, marketing and communications and innovation strategy. 2️⃣ Brokered partnerships with OCAD U Co, Hackworks and The Knowledge Society to deliver a 48-hour Hackathon Event (focused on the Employee Experience) and Design Thinking Certification. 3️⃣ Co-designed an Innovation Resource Portal to support continued employee development and education. Initial adoption was 92%.

1️⃣ Participated in monthly workshops of Economic Strategy Tables to better understand challenges faced by scaling businesses. With this data, developed a comprehensive placemat detailing key challenges and desired outcomes which was subsequently used to brief senior ISED officials.2️⃣ In collaboration with an external consulting firm, led the team that co-designed and delivered a national innovation symposium which engaged 100+ Canadian C-suite entrepreneurs and Senior Federal Officials. This event represented the largest P3 collaboration of its time and results were used to formulate 2019 budget recommendations.

1️⃣ Managed the day-to-day operations of the executive office including budget/expenses/travel, preparation of communication materials, identification of potential strategic risks, development of mitigation strategies, provision of advice and counsel on a wide range of issues and attending meetings with or on behalf of the ED.2️⃣ Managed multiple program teams responsible for event ticketing, merchandise development, and hotel staff uniforms and swag, which were all delivered on time and within budget.3️⃣ Acted as the first point of contact for Board members, Mayor's Office, Senior Federal and Provincial Officials, external partners, Advisory Councils and Steering Committees.4️⃣ Oversaw the Board of Directors, Advisory Councils and Steering Committees that consisted of high-value public and private figures.5️⃣ Supervised the hiring of new staff and contractors which often involved RFP adjudication.6️⃣ Hosted weekly individual Coffee Corners with heads of Ottawa 2017 departments for open discussions on topics of their choosing. Even when schedules became busier, each head still experienced the value in connecting.

1️⃣ Managed the strategy and subsequent transformation of an underperforming sales territory of 82 accounts with an annual budget of $1.7M. Following extensive market research and a territory audit, the team developed and integrated solutions grounded in client engagement, brand exposure and new service offerings.2️⃣ Designed and hosted Product Training Events for L’Oréal which educated and inspired existing and potential clients. All events sold out and resulted in a 59% increase in new client acquisition.3️⃣ Collaborated with Sales Analysts at L’Oréal to develop a client data portal that was leveraged during monthly client performance reviews resulting in an 82% increase in incumbent sales and a 27% increase in organic growth.4️⃣ Collaborated with the L’Oréal VP of Education on a Customer Journey Training Program that was subsequently scaled nationally.5️⃣ Proactively engaged in difficult conversations and complex client matters to ensure continued favourable relationships and brand loyalty.

1️⃣ Led a multidisciplinary team tasked with increasing revenue for the Strategic Business Development Unit. The team conducted an internal audit and utilized the resulting feedback and data to develop solutions.2️⃣ Improved the client experience through expanded service offerings which recovered $3M in lost business.3️⃣ Collaborated with multiple business units to negotiate new agreements with global suppliers to improve the company’s competitive advantage.
