- Led a social entrepreneurship venture in the hospitality industry, driven by the vision to promote inclusivity and sustainability. Enklude is recognized as an Enabler member of the ILO Indonesia Business and Disability Network- Provided D&I consultancy solutions, strategic and implementation assistance to renowned clients such as IHG and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, to promote their position as ethical and inclusive employers and help them achieve business growth.- Organized internships and job placements for persons with disabilities in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta and Bali, as part of our Employability Program for renowned hospitality employers. Recruited 20 candidates for job placements/ internship opportunities thus far.- Built a talent pool of 500+ job-seeking candidates with disabilities – sourced in collaboration with Special Olympics Indonesia and Paralympics Indonesia - that have been contacted, screened or assessed by Enklude, to be recruited into our Employment, Education or Entrepreneurship programs.- Acted as an implementing partner for International NGO Humanity & Inclusion to achieve their objectives as part of their Forward Together Project, by delivering 3-week internships for 14 candidates in the hospitality industry- Consulted Indonesian disability schools to improve their vocational training curriculum, and strengthen the schools’ provision of career and mentoring support

- Elected as one of two Course Representatives within the International Employment Relations stream to improve staff-student relations for the current and future cohorts. - Participated in Staff-Student Consultation Meetings, collectively working towards making tangible changes in response to student feedback and statistical data obtained from surveys and discussions.
