As the sole EHR, Health Informatics business analyst, I construct queries and create customized reports through the use of various data languages and datasets, then mine, clean, munge, analyze, and interpret all data for 21,000 patients, statewide at 22 institutions. I was brought onto a team of four specialist to learn, launch and implement a fully integrated electronic health records system from a legacy system and paper charting, for a statewide initiative that included 22 institutions, 21,000 patients and 3,500 employees in a 4-month timeframe.
