At Loras College, my role as the Andrew P. Studdert Chair of Ethics & Crisis Leadership is to teach, grow, and support future leaders. The skills of ethical decision-making in Higher Ed-- for students, faculty, and staff-- resonates beyond academia and and into industry, large and small orgs, and nonprofits.My research & publications as an expert witness in Moral Injury focus on the importance of ethical guardrails in high-stress, high-demand organizations. Examples include: correctional officers and corrections facilities, border patrol, slaughterhourses, and military partnerships. I provide insights that help shape legal outcomes, reflect on ethical case failures, and restructure for better ethical outcomes.I am available to guest lecture on Crisis Leadership, Ethical Leadership, Servant Leadership, and developing less bureaucratic and more ethical organizations. I am available for Subject Matter Expertise in Ethics & Compliance and Moral Injury.
