We would like the professional world to be a better place for any employee going through a fertility journey.• The purpose of the steering committee is to move fertility (and specifically both the negative and positive impacts of fertility support in the workplace) up the corporate agenda of companies, and within the frameworks that many companies have in place such as wellbeing, D&I etc.• The committee will do this by exploring the reasons why companies are not offering fertility care as a benefit (e.g. lack of awareness/understanding; perceived lack of requirement; cost) and focusing on actions which seek to raise fertility up the agenda.
