I have had the unique opportunity of working in and with a variety of different departments in my professional career, from reception to a lead administrator for operations, to finally completing my goals of becoming a Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator.I've enjoy working with all groups of individuals in either a team environment, or one on one, from Management to hands on in the field with Trade Professionals, using every opportunity as learning moment.Taking that knowledge to improve New Hire Training presentations, document inspections, incident investigations, the creation of new procedures. To reviewing existing controls with the goal to see continual improvement, instructing individuals after researching and preparing of Daily Toolbox, Monthly Safety meetings and Health & Wellness slides.I'm now taking a small step back from that career path, but I think even more worth while as I have always loved the learning environment. Being part of University of Lethbridge's team in Chemistry and Biochemistry. Being able to see students learn and grow is to me an even more life fulfilling goal. I can use my past knowledge and bring it forward into this environment.
