Current- Designed an Interactive Quality Monitoring Scorecard that utilized raw data and translated it into refined, printable information which included an instruction manual for lead staff use in evaluating CSR’s call.
- Information resource for other CSR’s who need assistance with difficult searches or call handling
- Triage medical professional calls by researching CDC guidelines and recommendations or escalating to Public Health Specialists or Divisions within the CDC
