Achieved national tentative agreement in July 2015, ratified in October 2015;- Led the implementation of the terms of the national contract across the Eastern Division of the Red Cross, including nonunion population, to include training, communication and change management;- Assisted with the implementation of standardized premium pay practices across the Eastern Division of the Red Cross, including the reduction of over 10,000 pay codes to less than 100, to include training, communication and change management;- Worked closely with Workday implementation team because Workday is being implemented on the same date that we are standardizing premium pay practices - July 1, 2016.Received an award for these achievements in March 2016 -- the Annual Biomedical Partner of the Year Award. -
