I have over 6 years of experience in research and sourcing of candidates, and I lead the US and UK resourcing teams.My core competencies are head hunting, communication, and content marketing, which I use to identify and attract candidates who not only have the required skills and experience, but also fit the team, culture, and expectations of our clients.
