Oversees Guest Services, Special Events, Mascot, and Marketing Departments

This job required me to handle funds. These included helping customers with season passes, creating identification cards, as well as understanding the season pass holder system on the computer. This job also required answering any questions or concerns the guests had during their experience at the park. I also helped at the reception desk. This consisted of most answering phones, booking cabana rentals, and working with large group events. My second summer in this department I took the lead role, which included handling unruly guests, opening and closing the park, as well as making sure all the employees are following correct procedures.

I was the coach and choreographer for the competition cheer team. Throughout theyears my team earned one first place,second place, third place, and seventh place trophy.I also was the coach for the Game cheer squad, which consisted of showing up to allschool activities and making sure my squad members were acting appropriately andcheering on their fellow schoolmates.
