After years of retail experience I eventually worked my way into management where I've found fulfillment in being able to assist others in getting closer to their potential. Though a culinary school graduate, my passion for the kitchen has not yet been able to comfortably pay the bills. After saving enough to open my own food truck in 2021, I quickly had to shudder the business since fate had other plans. My long term goal is to reopen a food establishment, preferably a brick and mortar as opposed to being mobile again. Until then, I am hoping to exercise my integrity and skills in a well-paying position at a company that values my character.
