Responsibilities: Manage the program resource, insure the timing, cost, quality are meet requirement. Control program risk to ensure the flawless launch.1.Develop a project plan based on the program Scope/Schedule/Resource, define the program financial target, make the investment budget.2.Manage the overall project, lead weekly and monthly review with function team, report program status and progress, complete on time executive gate reviews for each project. Review and report the program financial status.3.Coach the cross function team work following the Hanon product development process and customer’s product development process/requirements, drive function team conduct TVM cost improve. 4. Manage and control the engineering changes to follow the company engineering change process, manage and control the cost.5. Manage program risk, lead function team develop action plans to resolve program issues, Deliver assigned programs to meet profitability, timing and quality targets.6. Keep close contact with global team for global programs, attend global meetings and program review, Ensure lessons learn from lead program to be transferred into related program.7.Support the new program pursuit, work together with AM to complete the feasibility study, engineering clarification, cost analysis for the new program quotation.8.Manage and review the program status of my team, give related support and guidance.

Responsible for new program APQP management, make program plan, Following up, reviewing and reporting. acting as a customer contact window. driving other departments following OEM program develop timeline.2.Responsible for the management of product and process design, prototype build and DV/PV test. communicate with Canada Technical center. using quality tool to warrant the quality of product.3. In charge of organizing Manufacturing and quality department for developing and sourcing of new equipment, tooling and gauge. Responsible for new production line debugging and construction.4 In charge of organizing purchasing and quality department for new supplier developing. 5.Work with sales guy at the beginning, give them technical support. In charge of customer audit.
