SSAMC is a joint venture of Air China, GE and Safran , the EHS Department manager is from GE. I am as backup of EHS manager. I had lead to eatablish EHS system which combined the ISO14001，OHSAS 18001, National work safety standardizatianal and Safran HSE Standard. Also implemented 5S job as benchmark in Safran and Air China. As EHS Engineer, also incharge of 6S and Lean projects related of EHS. Had jointed 2 new projects about painting and mechanical on EHS and fire fighting. Main works are as follows :Established and got the certificates of ISO14001/ OHSAS 18001 management system; Manage the environmental facilities; In charge of the management and disposal for waste solid, waste water and waste gas; Identify hazards, assess and control the risk; Accident report, investigation and treatment; Establish the emergency plan and train; Find some nonconformities and improve for management system; Monitor occupational health factors of workshop, find and improve the nonconformities.Pass the Work Safety Assessment by China South Industrial Group.

As on-site EHS Engineer on construction mangement, main jobs are control construction risks and manage subcontractors.Had more experiences on work at height，lifting works，temporary electric use, hot work.
