It so happens that I am a business owner, and would identify myself as a creative =) I hope to be authentic, courageous and purposeful in all that I do!With a background in IT (information technology), and then slowly finding my way into ID (interior design), I've traversed across MNCs, government institutions, SMEs and now, as an entrepreneur, have still NOT seen it all. I love learning, and building out meaningful ideas. 🔹 Leadership & Experience: Guiding BuildBuilt from concept to a thriving enterprise, my leadership style has always been about fostering a culture of 'others-first', and collaboration. My journey in the design and business industry has taught me the value of resilience and community.🔹 Design through Relationships: Design is not just my profession; it's my passion. I believe in the transformative power of design to create not just spaces, but stories and experiences. My approach combines aesthetics with functionality, building on the ideas of our optimizing space to create good human behavior. I believe in the idea that relationships are the best tools to create great design. 🔹 Sales and Business Development: My expertise in sales is rooted in a deep understanding of market observation, brand building and customer psychology. I excel in crafting strategies that don't just sell services but build lasting relationships and trust with our clients.🔹 Communication & Teaching: As a natural communicator, I find joy in sharing knowledge (especially with the younger generation), whether it’s mentoring my team or speaking at industry events. Teaching is an extension of my leadership, aiming to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators and thinkers.🔹 Creativity in Business: Aside from a great team with good processes, I believe that creativity is the heart of business success.
