This comany is an agency of Franch softwares which involve 3D design, data management and virtual manufacturing. Its customers mainly belong to T&M, IE and AEC industry. The maily software it sells include CATIA, DELMIA and ENOVIA. My work is mainly divided into four distinct parts. 1. Sales support: apply for discounts from our vendor and place orders to ensure our business operation; 2. some selling work: communicate and negotiate with customers and make quotations for contract signing and payment follow-up; 3. took charge of its technical documents translation on its products and communication between company and foreign customers; 4. Marketing work: on-line marketing , such as Baidu promotion, company website upgrade and WeChat public number operation; off-line marketing, such as database, telemarketing and organize company meeting and teambuilding activity. This job is the first formal one after my graduation and I gainded invaluable work experience during this period. I have a good relationship with my boss, collegues, and vendor leaders of different departments. Due to my duty on diffrenet kinds of work, so I learned a lot in different areas and I believe those things I learned would do their part in my future job.
