 Legal counsel for shipping department, draft and review charterparty for the tanker fleet, Involve dispute such as cahrterparty dispute, bunker dispute, Hull and P&I insurance matters, Collisionmatters, proceeding and arbitration. Cooperate with insurer’s case handler and extra lawyers, review comments from case handler andextra lawyers, give advice on such cases. Review claim documents and help operation department to settle matter with insurers. Assistant to negotiate with insurers/brokers for policy renewal. review trading contract （crude oil，gas oil， bunker and LNG）provide legal advice for trading department support e-commerce section such as contract draft/review, M&A matter, restructure company equity support other department such as IT, Finance, Treasure etc, in legal matter .loan, re-finance for example.
