Design and fabrication of electronics on thin film by lithography, PVD and etching; Correct the mask design considering the thermal expansion and shrinkage of thin film for lithography enhancement.5. Device and material analysis using AFM, SEM, optical microscope and profilometer, etc. 6. R&D of products, and coordinate with the external fabrication foundry for volume manufacturing of the products after fabrication process development.7. Project and production queue management, 8.
