Optimization of dry etching process to control the sidewall of nanotrench and reduce its roughness for a nanowire grid project, and to develop a purely physical process for selective removal of metal thin film.4. Design and fabrication of electronics on thin film by lithography, PVD and etching; Correct the mask design considering the thermal expansion and shrinkage of thin film for lithography enhancement.5. Device and material analysis using AFM, SEM, optical microscope and profilometer, etc. 6.
