Responsible to see that our crews adhered to all our internal processes: Service Quality; Health, Safety, and Environment; Halliburton Management System; Competency Development, Certification and training compliance. I performed audits on the well site to verify crew compliance. I assisted incident investigations for EHS and SQ problems, and conducted root cause analyses. While working at Holston Valley I started as a route salesman distributing Alcoholic beverages from and tractor and trailer bay tuck. I was responsible for making sales and pushing point of sales displays. the route I was responsible for had increased sales month over month and increased from the previous year as much as 25%. I then began training new salesmen and supervised their progress while they maintained their own route areas. I gave support with the POS and helped to obtain more market share competitively.
